Today is Day 0 of 90. You might be thinking... what the heck is Day 0? Well, Day 0 is your planning day. It’s your C O M M I T M E N T day.
I’m sure you’ve heard this a million times, but failing to plan is planning to fail. At the same time, there is such a thing as over-planning to the point of never starting... guilty!
That’s why I have made Day 0 a part of my 90 (or really 91) day plan. Today is a part of the plan, and it’s the day I make the plan. I’m cleaning my house, grocery shopping, meal planning, exercise planning, business planning, and social media planning today. I am giving myself 24 hours to get started on the right foot and ensure there is no room for failure or E X C U S E S.
Here are my 5 goals for my #90daychallenge :
1. Nutrition - eat whole foods that make me feel good every day. Limiting processed foods.
2. Exercise - move daily, 5 intense workouts that make me sweat & feel my strength, 2 fun activities.
3. Self-care - daily skin care and hair routine, 1 day a week doing deep treatments
4. Business - launch my online store, grow my social media and work on my life & success coaching business
5. Tracking - track my progress daily & weekly, daily blogging on my website (www.mylifeaslj.com), weekly roundup with progress pictures & measurements
