1 Month of Training, Personalized Exercise Plan, Nutrition Guide + Weekly Check-ins
Receive a personalized exercise training plan and meal guide created by Leah, Certified Personal Trainer. She will have an initial phone or Skype call with you at the beginning of your 30 days to design a program specific to your goals. Once a week for the next four weeks, you will have a personal phone or Skype call with Leah for 30 minutes to check-in on progress and accountability, and to make any necessary adjustments to your program. Additionally, you will be invited to the My Life Fit Studio Facebook group to be surrounded by like-minded, motivated individuals improving their own health on their personal fitness journeys. Leah will also be available for contact via e-mail throughout the duration of your program.
